Plastic plates as work benches

A polyethylene/plastic sheet in LDPE is an advantageous material for a workbench if you need a durable surface. The plastic absorbs noise from impacts and is also very stable, it can withstand heavy machinery and impacts, thus protecting underlying surfaces. It is easy to customise, both cutting and sawing, but also drilling or milling into the plastic. This provides a good assembly bench for tools and large and small machines.
